CANCELLATION POLICY

Please read our RESERVATIONS POLICY & CANCELLATION POLICY in full before making a reservation

A 48 hour CANCELLATION POLICY and MINIMUM SPEND applies to all reservations without exception.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  1. All bookings will require a partial payment, and/or guarantee with a valid credit card, plus your full name, mobile number, email address and postcode. All information is processed and/or stored securely by our service providers SevenRooms and Stripe.

  2. Guests who cancel their reservation within 48 hours of their reservation, will be charged a cancellation fee of $50 per person.

  3. No shows will be charged the full minimum charge per person of $99 (for dinner, or $85 for lunch).

  4. Please use ‘MANAGE RESERVATION’ or ‘CANCEL RESERVATION’ links in the reservation confirmation email to edit or cancel reservations in order to avoid cancellation fees. We cannot accept cancellations over the phone or via email.
